Acts; Laws
that address fundamental rights, the laws approving the
Autonomic Constitution of each Region of Spain, the general
electoral system and the others that are laid down in the
Constitution.

These are all the laws, other than Organic Acts, that are approved
by the spanish or the canarian parliament, provided that the
function in question has been delegated to them by virtue of the
Autonomic Constitution.
